Upon completion of data gathering, the information on user-adoption would be analysed and opportunities to increase user adoption identified.
★Messages and actions specific to user adoption would be integrated in an overall communications plan to ensure consistent channels and approach are leveraged to reach stakeholders across the organisation.
★User adoption measurement should be continued post go-live with trends typically smoothing out after 2-3 months.
